  1. 1: Quote: “The Channel Tunnel should have made the UK truly European, but didn’t. We must get back on track” – as said, elsewhere & before – it is a political problem, driven by the actions & prejudices of our political “Leaders”
    Solutions to this lie in the voter’s hands, not anyone else’s

    2: That “Railroad” video on crossing-safety gave this European viewer the all-over shudders at the amazingly low level of safety that US Road-&-Rail operations regard as acceptable (!)
