In a first, a number of transport commentators and writers will be meeting in Toronto later this month for a social evening.
Like the London LR meetups, these are informal affairs where the beer flows. All are welcome, and conversation is often as much general as it is transport-specific.

We will be in the one of the side rooms at the Marché Mövenpick at Brookfield Place (formerly BCE Place) at street level, 181 Bay Street, 647 350 6999. It’s across from the Hockey Hall of Fame. Ask for the Toronto Reconnections party when you arrive.
Its location near Union Station makes it easy to get to via a number of transport modes – subway, streetcar, GO Train, bus, GO bus, VIA Rail, bike, scooter.
It starts at 7pm and goes for hours. Drop by any time. Hopefully, we will see you there.
There is an excellent choice of food with a selection of ales, beers and liquors. There are also some more gastronomic delights for those with a refined palate.
