  1. Of the many many stupid decisions made by councils, that Breckenridge decision really takes the biscuit. Astonishing.

    It’s (apparently) stupid in the sense that it appears to be against the public interest. But that can happen, quite easily, without anyone being stupid. Some people didn’t like it, for example those who had increased traffic past their door. And the nature of the game was that they won. Happens all the time.
