The London Reconnections Christmas Meetup

No… don’t get excited… this isn’t the Christmas Quiz post!

Just a quick reminder that next week’s meetup, on the 11th December, will be our last one before Christmas and thus will also double as our Christmas Party of sorts.

For those who have never come along before, it’s a friendly and informal gathering, normally with both readers a few of London Reconnections’ editorial team in attendance (we may even wear Father Christmas hats for you this time). Discussions range from railways, to trams, to a whole host of unrelated topics once the alcohol kicks in. Occasionally I even forget to confiscate any crayons that are pulled out.

“I’m telling you Graham, if Network Rail just put a flying crossover here…”

We meet at The Blue Posts on Rupert Street and you can find a map and details on the meetup page.

Everybody is welcome, so if you’re in the area why not pop along and help us celebrate another great year of both posts and comments?

We promise there’ll be mince pies…
